Gymnastics

The Oxgangs Gymnastic Club is held every Monday in the school gym hall. There is a class for younger children at 4:45 – 5:45 and a class at 5:45-6:45 for older children.

The classes are held by Lesley Coats and two other helpers. We perform in an organised display every year and compete in a competition as well.

 

During the lesson we do a wide range of exercises such as the vault, different floor work and lots of conditioning.

 

The club has its own leotard. It is navy blue with gold stars on it and it is very pretty.

 

Girls and boys from Primary 2 upwards are welcome.
